GIANNI CUCCUINI

Fifty-nine years of fashion history, taste, and stylistic choices, elegantly presented and recounted to the city of Livorno. In 1967, thanks to the entrepreneurial initiative of Gianni Cuccuini and Gabriella Billi, the first Cuccuini store opened on Via Ricasoli: an intimate space dedicated entirely to accessories. Starting with the selection of collections from then-emerging brands—destined to become the great icons of ready-to-wear—the brand quickly made its way to the most important international fashion shows and the showrooms of Milan and Paris; these successful choices rapidly established the Cuccuini name as a reality and a point of reference in the international fashion scene. This was followed by the opening of five more stores in Livorno, three in Punta Ala, and, starting in 2014, other major openings in Forte dei Marmi and Massa. The company’s decisions proved to be intuitive and consolidated Cuccuini’s position in the market. Customer satisfaction, research in the fashion sector, and passion are the main reasons behind this success.
