Boutique Tricot was born from the creative mind of Stefania Capitini. She, moved by a passion for high fashion, founded Boutique Tricot in the early 1980s in Chianciano Terme. The name of the boutique stands for the processing of knitted fabric.
Stefania, a lover of beauty in all its forms, endowed with a strong aesthetic sense and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, seeks exclusivity and excellence. She offers top quality proposals in which form and substance go hand in hand.
The sons, Giacomo and Maria Giulia, joined the leadership of the company today, who with their proactive impulse, combined with Stefania's experience, have determined the constant growth of Tricot over the years in contrast to the current economic situation.
The family nature of the boutique is synonymous with quality and excellence. This ethics is shared also by the young staff, who persevere in the corporate mission by guaranteeing high standards and excellent service to both physical and virtual customers.
Boutique Tricot has been active for over thirty years with a proprietary shop of about 400 square meters divided over three floors. It has also single window of 16 m and another two separate, recently renovated and expanded in February 2014. The renovated architectural space was created by the Studio Baiocchi & Associati based in Arezzo, founded by the architect Roberto Baiocchi, known internationally for the construction of commercial spaces all over the world.
The contemporary design and the centrality of the location place the boutique at the attention of the large local and international clientele passing through the town of Chianciano Terme, a well-known spa town based on wellness.
In addition, the proximity to the Val d’Orcia and the historic villages of Pienza and Montepulciano should be emphasized.
Tricot is located in a central point of southern Tuscany and Italy in general, a few kilometers respectively from Umbria and Lazio. A strategic position for the meeting of different currents of tourism.
With these premises, the boutique announces the imminent opening of a new exhibition area of over 500 square meters located in Viale della Libertà, also in the same town of Chianciano Terme. The store will be developed on three levels. The ground floor will be dedicated to women's fashion, the second to men's and the basement will be a creative multifunctional space. An ideal place of contamination between fashion, art and food.
The new Tricot will be an incubator of ideas where, together with the top brands, new and research brands will be important.
