Founded in 1991 in
Milan and located in an industrial building inside the courtyard of a traditional Milanese house,
10 Corso Como is now known as the first destination linked to a concept that promotes a close link between culture, fashion and design.
Known as the first
“concept store”, it transformed the retail concept into a hub for lifestyle and fashion, a meeting place that marked the beginning of living magazine and slow-shopping, developing the retail concept into a fusion of lifestyle and fashion. A network of integrated spaces converging into a single experience,
10 Corso Como curates the exchange between fashion, beauty and design, a café-restaurant, three suites, two storefronts overlooking Corso Como, a diffuse garden and a terrace.
Under the direction and business development of
Tiziana Fausti, 10 Corso Como continues the integrity and aesthetic identity that have made this place a symbol of Milan, creativity and Made in Italy. With the
“Rethinking 10 Corso Como” project, an innovative architectural intervention aimed at redesigning the spaces began in November 2023, while a renewed cultural offering on the themes of the present, animates it, making it a place to live and meet. In February 2024, on the occasion of
Milan Fashion Week, 10 Corso Como unveiled the first redesigned spaces: the Gallery, enlivened throughout the year by the cultural program and exhibitions, and the
Project Room, a hybrid and dynamic space, constantly evolving, hosting an authorial selection of design pieces, vintage books and cult magazines.
In September 2024, the new ground-floor store opened, now connected to the first-floor spaces by the new interior staircase. Conceived as a flexible theatrical machine, the space is inhabited by mobile and modular installation devices. The concept is also enriched by collaborations with international designers, invited to contribute specific interventions designed for the exhibition.
A flexible theater capable of changing shape and identity: the design of the new
10 Corso Como is conceived as a platform for exchange, a harmonious chorus of intervention, dialogue and collaboration with actors such as designers, artists, curators and botanists. After the launch of the
Rethinking 10 Corso Como project, the iconic brand and concept store launched its international development plan.
In late 2024, 10 Corso Como opened two new addresses, at Lodenfrey in
Monaco and Printemps in
Paris.
In 2025, it expanded its international presence with Printemps in
Doha and
New York.
