18TH MARCH, 2025- HIGH END MULTIBRAND RETAIL TECHNICAL TABLE

Last March 18, the first technical table dedicated to high-end Multibrand Retail was held in Rome, at the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.
A meeting that I strongly wanted, marking a fundamental step for Camera Buyer Italia, where we had the opportunity to bring to the attention of ministerial decision-makers the main instances concerning our activity.

    Among the topics discussed:

🔹 The reorganization of the fiscal warehouse
🔹 The establishment of the register of strategic Made in Italy boutiques
🔹 The tax deductions for renovations, modernization and digitalization
🔹 The openness to dialogue with companies to create a virtuous ecosystem between production and distribution

In addition, the willingness of our circuit to support activities in favor of Made in Italy was confirmed, in view of the April 15 day, an initiative that promotes Italian excellence. This is a moment of great importance for our sector, which encourages us to look forward with renewed confidence and determination.

5 MAY 2025 – THE FUTURE OF RETAIL: FASHION MAGAZINE WEBINAR

‘Made in Italy cannot be touched: luxury fashion must be defended.’

Maura Basili, president of Camera Buyer Italia, to RaiNews24 comments on the duties announced by Trump: ‘Made in Italy is worth 96 billion and is already affected by the geopolitical crisis, with turnover down 30% in foreign markets. The protectionist measures damage companies, workers and consumers, including American ones, who love and wear our style. We need a cohesive Europe that knows how to act quickly. We hope that Trump’s tug-of-war will end in an embrace.’
