Nowadays, as Mr Betti says, it is no longer just the value for money that attracts customers, but the vast choice of styles and trends represented by different designers. The ecological theme plays a fundamental role within the Spinnaker boutiques, whose commitment is to buy more sustainable brands and spread the true meaning of sustainability. Brand selection takes place equally in both online and in store sales, but as the buyer confesses, the real difference lies in the final sell out, due to the new buying habits that have radically changed the fashion system after the introduction of e-commerce. The secret to being a good buyer? According to Mr Betti, it resides in the ability to say “no” to a lot of offer rather than “yes” to little.
