Lungolivigno Fashion, a new multi-sensory concept store in the heart of Livigno
The Lungolivigno group celebrates the sixty years of the historic Concordia Lounge Bar & Restaurant on Saturday 26th of March. with the re-opening of the LLF Woman Contemporary concept store. A multi-sensory experience for guests who will be able to enjoy exclusive experiences of fashion, food and nature.
The historic Renna Sport (opened in 1963 by Domenica Mottini) now LLF Woman Contemporary, which is located in the facade of the Concordia in the heart of the pedestrian area, will present itself with a look that winks at the future: completely renovated for the designer list revised and expanded, as well as for the decor.
In a mix of great classics and innovative proposals, LLF Woman Contemporary represents an avant-garde corner with a cosmopolitan atmosphere in the heart of the Alps dedicated to urban luxury.
A selection of the proposed brands which includes among the many: Blumarine, Hogan, Emilio Pucci, Ganni, Isabel Marant Étoile, Off-White, The Attico and Woolrich and is made even more current by the new entries such as THEMOIRè and Dotz, international and research attentive to environmental and social sustainability, themes that have always been shared by the management of Lungolivigno.
An architectural restyling was instead handled by VELVET STUDIO founded in 2012 by Gianluca Bocchetta which highlighted the two souls of the group by connecting the boutique to the Concordia, thanks to a sliding glass wall, favoring an experiential continuum. The design project revolves around an iconic architectural element, which crosses the staircase, and is inspired by the rocky walls of the surrounding landscape. A three-dimensional poster of wooden polyhedra that fade from the bottom to the other, dissolving into a mirrored sky, a real tribute to the Valtellina landscape and culture. On the ground floor the garments are displayed on smoky chrome metal bars that are tinged with green in the basement, developing irregular lines and segments. Light plays a fundamental role: the chandeliers designed specifically for the boutique recall dynamic trails of snow while the many luminous surfaces enhance garments and accessories in the best possible way.
Andrea Fugnanesi (born in 1995) is the executive chef of the Concordia Lounge Bar & Restaurant in Livigno, the person on whom the group has decided to bet in order to best express its philosophy also in the food sector.
His is an “essential” cuisine that respects the raw materials from the initial stages of processing to serving.
On the occasion of the re-opening of LLF Woman Contemporary, Fugnanesi and Stefano Callegaro – winner of Masterchef Italia 4 and who shares the same passion for an experimental cuisine, influenced by oriental textures – and traditional at the same time – will prepare a four-handed dinner in homage to the new Valtellina which is preparing to welcome the Winter Olympics and is increasingly open and cosmopolitan.
