Chapter 2 of the twenty-first edition of Forum Retail will take place on 27 and 28 October, the event organized by IKN Italy with the patronage of Camera Buyer Italia, which is the largest technological networking hub for the retail community.
On the first day, which includes a Live Streaming format, the agenda will focus on the 3 pillars for the digital push: EU NextGen, Omnichannel and Sustainability.

The Main Conference, scheduled for October 28 in hybrid format, will be an opportunity to get in touch with CEO, General Managers, Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer to learn how they are reshaping the customer experience, balancing the balance between physical and online.
The day will kick off with the Plenary Session which will deal with the theme “Hybrid is here: CEO Insights on the store of the future”.
