The Milanese brand was chosen by Biffi Milano, Gibot Roma and Giordano Pompei for a special project that rewards ethical fashion and women’s empowerment
Thanks to winning the Camera Buyer Italia Award during the September edition of Milan Fashion Week, Endelea is coloring the windows of three of Italy’s most important multi-brand luxury realities with Maasai and wax fabrics. From Nov. 14 to 16, the ethical brand born in Milan and active between Europe and Africa will be featured in the spaces of Biffi Boutiques Milan, Gibot Rome and Giordano Pompei.
Endelea’s winter collection, produced under the auspices of the Maasai Intellectual Property Initiative, which protects and safeguards Maasai culture around the world, will be featured in the windows of Biffi, Gibot and Giordano and will be on sale inside the three stores, alongside the best-known international brands. An important opportunity to highlight the story behind a piece of clothing and the social, as well as environmental, impact of the clothes we wear.
In fact, the Camera Buyer Award of the trade association The Best Shops – Camera Buyer was given to Endelea precisely for its ability to combine aesthetics and sustainability, women empowerment and social impact.
“A wonderful collection that combines a beautiful product with a beautiful story,” Beppe Angiolini, advisor of Camera Buyer Italia, had commented when presenting the award to founder Francesca De Gottardo. Who today says she is “Enthusiastic to see a courageous and all-female project like Endelea showcased by Biffi, Gibot and Giordano, and grateful to receive the support of these reference realities in the made-in-Italy fashion scene that have been able to be forward-looking and reward a new way of doing fashion.”
