Camera Buyer Italia through its vehicle company Top Retailers s.r.l, has completed the acquisition of the company of iKRIX SpA, a well-known Italian marketplace founded in 2014, based in Genoa, and whose platform is translated into 7 languages and ships to over 80 countries in the world.
This is the first club deal in Italy made through an institutional and trade association such as Camera Buyer Italia, which brings together 95 Italian and foreign luxury multibrand brands.
The operation, which also allowed the complete safeguarding of jobs and the continuation of relations with suppliers, was part of the composition procedure of Ikrix SpA. The initiative aims not only at the immediate relaunch of the platform but also to a total albeit gradual transformation of the same through an ambitious “social place” project with multiple objectives that will benefit from a new way of interpreting the relationships between the digital and physical world. A space where new emerging designers can meet the market, where special projects, custom projects and exclusive capsule collections can follow one another.

The initiative has received the convinced support of many associates who will participate in the capital; The operation was coordinated by the President Dr. Giacomo Santucci (veteran in the world of international fashion, having held, among others, the roles of CEO in Gucci, Prada, Helmut Lang, Dolce & Gabbana, Jil Sander), by the entire Board of Camera Buyer Italia and by the consultants Marco Bergamaschi, Massimo Lo Campo and Valerio Locatelli.
